MACAO, July 10 – As the livelihood team is due to carry out screening and delivery of supplies today (July 10) for households in four buildings newly added as code red areas last night, namely Edf . Kuong Wa (Bloco 8), Chun Pek (Bloco 2), Edf. Yau Kai, Edf. Vai Long (Bloco 2), and that the Health Bureau organizes nucleic acid samples for the residents of Edf. Yue Xiu Gardens, the household supply delivery service from relatives and friends of the aforementioned buildings originally scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. is suspended. Affected households are asked to understand the measure and to ask their relatives and friends not to send supplies to the site today.
The Office of Municipal Affairs (IAM) has completed large-scale cleaning and disinfection of common areas in buildings newly added as code red areas, and the establishment of temporary nucleic acid sampling stations and of frontline coordination stations within the framework of the lockdown and precautionary zones. Tracking and subsequent delivery of food parcels and other supplies will be carried out.
