Green Grass Nursery (GGN) Dubai, Al Manara, is a new dedicated UK nursery that opened in January 2022. The GGN Al Manara branch aims to repeat the success of its award-winning nursery at Jumeirah 1, established in 2012.

Dedicated to the teachings of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) programme, the school offers bright and open outdoor and indoor learning spaces. This stimulating environment is ideal for curious young children aged four months to five years, entering the basic stages (FS1/FS2). One of the unique benefits of GGN is its EYFS program which incorporates elements of the Reggio Emilia approach to improving children’s learning as they progress to UK primary school level.

GGN’s Al Manara Garden Branch is a shaded outdoor space lined with lush trees, featuring an earthen kitchen, vegetable garden and living mini zoo, aiming to keep children engaged and inspired at all times.

Each month, the ‘Wow Children Works’ workshop is designed by an inspiring artist to foster a love of art, a passion for painting and an understanding of the world around them.

The new bilingual Arabic and English program is initially offered to all students from the toddler class. Arwa Naccho, Founder and CEO of Incubator at GGN, said, “Acquiring a second language is a valuable achievement. GGN is proud to be able to introduce this unique curriculum to early childhood children and to be the first center in Dubai to create a structured Arabic curriculum. Our program is designed to appeal not only to Emirati and Arabic-speaking families, but also to expat families who want their children to experience an understanding of Arabic language and culture.
