Netflix just made it easier to quit shows you don’t like

If you’re the type of person who watches a lot of shows and doesn’t finish them – or maybe you don’t want your viewing habits showing up on Netflix’s home screen – Netflix has good news for you. .

Normally, Netflix users who activate the service will see a list of shows they’ve started around the middle of their screen, above many other rows of recommendations. This makes it easy to pick up where you left off, but it can get messy.

At the end of January, Netflix quietly announced that it’s giving users the power to clean up that “Keep Watching” line.

Now, when you click on a show or movie in that row, you’ll see a “Remove from Continue Watching” option. (You may need to scroll down a bit to find the option.) This will remove the listing from your “Continue Watching” line on all devices connected to your Netflix account.

This feature can help you tidy up any shows you don’t plan on returning to and streamline your list down to the things you actively watch.

Of course, that won’t help if there’s nothing you want to watch. If you’re looking for more options without increasing your streaming budget, check out “17 Completely Free Streaming Services”.
