More than 30 Rotary Club members representing 10 local Rotary attended a recent College of DuPage Foundation celebration at the College’s Glen Ellyn campus.
The event highlighted the clubs’ collective donation of $10,000 to COD’s FUEL Pantry over the past year, as well as the tens of thousands of dollars donated each year for several scholarships and events, including the recent “Frida Kahlo: Timeless” at the McAninch Arts Center.
The event included refreshments, remarks of appreciation from COD President Dr. Brian Caputo, and tours of the FUEL Pantry and Garden.
Participating Rotary clubs included Wheaton AM, Wheaton Noon, Downers Grove, Bloomingdale-Roselle, Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn and Carol Stream.
